Handmade Clothes

We are pleased to offer a nice selection of Asian clothes, including a number of Japanese design house coats and pants. These are hand made in the traditional manner using 100% cotton, natural indigo dyes and “shibori” (tie dyed) and “sashiko” (hand stitched) techniques. Although most designs are Japanese, the artisans are members of the “Yi” minority in Southwest China who share a similar tradition of fabric production.
